i read that in the paper today, and what i find is funny is that they were stupid enough not even to ask their OBs the sex of the baby throughout their entire pregnancy but went off a box they bought in a store....

this is why our country is soo messed up... frivolous law suits

I couldn't read the link but from what i can tell this is so stupid. Be happy you have a healthy child.

ETS: Okay, I just read found an article and if it is the same thing, I don't think it is as stupid. The test cost $275 and comes with a money back guarantee. The parents are just trying to get their money back, and the company is giving them push back (changing refund rules after purchase, etc).

I thought they were suing because they were upset with the gender of the baby. They are actually suing because of inaccurate results and just want their money back.
