About how much are you pumping in one sitting (not entire day), and how old is your child, how many times a day do you pump?

My supply has dropped and im pumping about 5-6 oz total in one session, dd will be 4m on 22, and depending on dd's naps i pump about 6 times a day, sometimes less, if she doesnt nap then i cant during day.
