Moms who breastfeed and SOMETIMES give formula, what type of formula do you use?
I EBF but have started to give DD bits of formula, no more than 2oz just when we are out and I don't have enough pumped. To me, she seems to spit up A LOT more after formula. In addition, she seems a bit more tempermental after I give her formula. I am using Enfamil Premium (Lipil)...I got it free, anddon't know much about formula at all. Any advice, is this normal, should I change, should I just pump more???

When I gave formula, I gave the organic formula from walmart.

I use Similac Advance. At first I used Enfamil and noticed she spit u alot. when I switched to smiliac she pretty much stoped spitting up

i used Earth's Best but because I did not use much, I ended up throwing it out. It needs to be discarded after 30 days. There is a 12 oz container but have yet to find one and always end up with the big 32 oz. Need to get some for a wedding that i will be away for a long stretch of time. Still looking myself for some options.

I use Similac Advanced to supplement if I need to. DD rarely gets formula but when she does drink it, we've never had a problem.

DS#1 was supplemented and eventually totally on similac sensitive.
The babies, since born early & tiny, are supplemented with similac neosure (high calorie).
