Moms who give cereal... I have a question...
I forgot to ask the ped....
When calculating the amount of formula that your DC take in during the day, do you account for the amount of formula that you put into the cereal to mix?
I do.... but I'm not sure if I'm right in doing so...

I dont....DS takes 4 7 oz bottles a day..so 28 ounces. I give him cereal twice a day with some formula too..

We don't. DS takes 3 bottles a day that have 8 ounces in them each. Then he gets cereal 2 times a day and we add formula to that also, but that's just extra, I guess!

I only started doing that when the amount of cereal started to dramatically increase and I was decreasing the amount of formula I was giving him per day (as directed by the ped.)
