Moms who have this thermometer
Do you use tip covers like you do with a normal thermometer? Particularly with using the rectal temp part. I cannot get them to stay on the darn thing, it's a struggle every time!

I don't use this one but are you talking about the clear covers for the thermometer.
I don't use them anymore. I use rubbing alcohol to desinfect the thermometer after and before each use. It is also only usedfor DS.

I have something similar but use it for under the arm. I have one regular digital thermometer that I use for rectal temping and have it labeled.
ETA: I don't use the covers.
