My son has not yet...but my cousin has the SAME set, and her son pur all sorts of bite marks on hers...

DS went to town on his crib. It transitions to a full sized bed so he will have it till he goes off to college

Yes, the whole front rail of DS's convertible crib has indentations in it from him biting it. The finish/stain is still there though so you don't notice it from across the room.
