Moms with more than 1 and who BF
I wasn't very sucessful BF DS and I really want to do it this time around. Was it easier? I am starting to get a little anxious about it and I really want to try.

Don't have two but we had a really rough time the first time around. Just wanted to tell you that I definitely plan to try again. Don't know if that helps. You can always try and if it's not working out then you stop but at least you know you tried, right? I figure with what I learned from my mistakes first time around it's got to get better? That's my hope anyway.

each time it got easier for me, but i think you face some challenges with time constrsints. You need tosit and nurse and then your 1st born needs you, it can be very overwhelimg, but do-able, I bf'd all 3 of my kids for the entire 1st year.

Go to see an LC NOW..call her and make an appt to discuss your issues that you had with BF #1 and put a plan in place for #2. You will be more confident and have a great resource to go to right away with issues. You CAN do this!!!!

It's definitely easier because you know what you're doing. The hard thing is when Caiden has to go potty and he needs my help, but I'm in the middle of nursing the baby. You really have no choice... it's pretty comical to see me walking around the house with a baby attached to me while I'm trying to help my 3 yr old on go to the potty. Anyway, it really is easier. I wasn't sore this time around, etc. As far as how the baby is going to take to it, each baby is different which I'm sure you've heard before. My 1st had problems latching on, on one side so I had to use the football hold, but with Connor I didn't have to use any special "hold". So it really depends on the baby I think. Just an FYI, even though I know your 1st is still very young and it might not apply to you, but my 1st acts up A LOT while I'm nursing the baby. He doesn't listen for anything. I don't know if it's a jealousy thing or not, but it's hard.
