Monday- Back from the dr's office...
They took my blood, but didn't do a sono- which I wish they had, but I figured they wouldn't. Not that it matters at this point- I probably would've just been told my follies were even smaller than yesterday 
I asked for yesterday's levels but the Melville office didn't fax them to PJ like they said they would, and the head nurse at PJ hadn't called over to Melville to get them, even though they knew I was coming in  So now I have a call into my nurse since around 9:30 this morning to see if I can find them and I still haven't heard back from her. I want to know them but I also wanted to know if she was going to be there tomorrow for my ER, as well as which dr would be doing it. I'm really hoping for Dr K but I have no clue...
I signed my life away today and got copies of everything- and went over the instructions. The paper says to show at 9 but the woman yesterday said 8:30, so then the women at PJ said ok, be there at 8:30 then. DH is producing his sample beforehand- so I'd rather be there on time and not sitting around for 30 mins if we don't need to be- another question for my nurse if she calls back.
That's pretty much it. I was SO exhausted that I skipped going shopping w/ my mom (she drove me up) and slept in the car for most of her stops... got home and got out of the car and feel ready to go back to bed. Is this normal? Can I really be that tired?

I'm sooooo drained today. It's probably a combination of the heat and all the energy our bodies are using to mature the follies, prepare the lining, take out the garbage, etc ;)
So I think it's normal to be so tired at this point.

Oh believe me I was very happy about that too! I am sure I would be equally happy with Dr Brenner or Drocshe but I feel better that its "my" dr. He did my ER too.

Thank you for that info!! I feel better with your doctor too! haha!!
Dr. Brenner is an awesome doctor, but he is just never ever encouraging.
My last ivf: "we only retrieved 4 eggs. That's less than we expected." gee thanks.
My first scan after starting stims: "The follicles are THERE, but we don't know if they're GROWING." way to boost my morale there!
Dr K. did my transfer last time and he was so kind and willing to answer all my questions. He also did one of my water sonos and I really liked him.
Is it possible that they will have 2 docs doing the morning procedures? All this talk and Dr. Brenner will walk in tomorrow morning to greet me.

I guess its possible but when Dr.K told me he was doing my ER he said "I am on this weekend so I will see you at your ER." So I kind of think they just have one of them in to do the ER/ET and the others stay in the office to handle appointments.

I don't know how LI-IVF works, but at my RE they have a different set of nurses that ONLY work the recovery room.

Thats true. There was a recovery room nurse named Holly there Sat who was super sweet and then the one with the blond curly hair, I think her name was Jess who assisted during ER. I didn't see any of the other "regular" nurses there.

Thanks, that's what I figured... I know most dr's usually have their own OR nurses... specifically for that.
I've heard of Holly, but never met her- and I know Jess has left VMs for me- I may have seen her, not sure though...
