Monday July 5th QOTD
First off thanks to Keepingsecrets for Naming me FMOTW!!!!  I hope I make you all proud!!!
I know this has been asked a million times but I am stumped on how to do it...no not  hahah!!!
How are you going to tell DH that you got a BFP??
I am usually a very early riser before he gets up so testing with FMU w/o him knowing is pretty easy. But I don't know if I could hold off to tell him in a 'special way'. I think I might just blurt it out!!!

Since it's been hot out, DH and I have been sleeping in our livingroom. So the other day when i got my BFP i went into our bedroom,layed out a onsie that i already had bought that says "i love my daddy" with the positive HPT next to it. So when he woke up i told him i had a surprise in the room for him. He walked in and when he saw it, he gave me a big hug and kiss, it was a special moment

I think I'm going to do it Aunt Becky from Full House style. baby carrots, baby shrimp....lol jk
I'm not sure how I am going to tell him. Probably by buying him something that says "I love my daddy" Although he will probably know anyway, because I will probably be acting different!
I can't wait until I have to do this!!

When I got my BFP in April, I woke up at like 4:00am and tested with FMU. I was so shocked and wanted to wake up DH right away, but I waited until he woke up a couple of hours later. I suprised him with a onsie (I Love Daddy), a card and the positive HPT. It was a very special moment.
However, I unfortunately MC a couple of weeks later. So now when I get my BFP again (hopefully in a week.... haha) I think I will just be screaming so loud, that I will just run out and tell him.

I have a BUMP (Baby Under Manufacturing Process) tank that I bought back in April. I plan on wearing it for him and waiting to see when he notices.

Wow, I can't believe how prepared you guys are with tee shirts and onesies and stuff already. I just imagine that I'm going to POAS and run screaming and jumping up and down into the bedroom to tell him.

When I got my BFP with DC I called him the second i POAS. I can't hide something like that, i'm bad! the next day after seeing a faint line, i went out and got my blood work done so we found out together on the phone that it was "legit" this time around, i'm hoping I can do something special for him. I just don't know what.

I bought a cute onesie that says Daddy's Caddie b/c my DH caddies in the summer a lot. I also bought some Yankees onesies, but he knows about those he told me to buy them.

LOL that's exactly what I did!
I was really jet lagged from our trip to Ireland and got up around 5:30 in the morning Monday morning after we got back and figured since I was up early, I might as well test... I knew DH was awake but laying in bed. That stick took about 15 seconds to flash "pregnant" and I was still in the bathroom when I called out to DH "I'M PREGNANT!" and then ran into the bedroom with the stick to show him. 
I'm glad it worked out that way because there were other times I had POAS when DH wasn't even home and I think it was nice to have him know about 2 seconds after I knew.

I bought a a bib that says I love Daddy and an I love daddy book. We're doing IVF so we'll get a phone call letting us know if I'm pregnant (this Wednesday actually) so I'm sure I'll just scream out I'm pregnant as soon as I hang up if it's a BFP. But I'll give him the stuff afterwards.

I'm hoping to be able to keep it a secret long enough to plan something special. Oh I'd love to have a bib like some of the other ladies used. I could see me hooking it on my wrist and walking around until he noticed and asked what it was.
I can't wait to see his reaction though.

I told DH that I wanted to surprise him with the BFP since he got to surprise me when he proposed lol
Anyway so I bought a onesie that says I love Daddy thats been sitting in my closet since March. I thought for sure I was preggo in March bc I was late and this was before I became irregular and I planned on making him an easter basket with the onesie and the test but that didnt happen so now I just have a onesie.

I'm not sure. Hopefully I will get to do this this week, AF is due on Sat.
Its kind of weird because I had a M/C earlier this year so I'm not sure if anything cute will go over well with DH. He said that he is going to be extremely nervous until a dr says everything is ok this time.
When I got my BFP I just started yelling and blurted it out. Maybe I shoud try something different, like a bib or something so it is not identical to the first PG that didnt work out.

DH and I are big wino's, so when the time comes I am going to buy a bottle of the "Daddy's Time Away" wine and bring it out with dinner and ask him to open it, and hope he checks out the label and gets it!!  I dont know how good it is, but I wont be drinking it so I dont really care!

With my first pregnancy I was so shocked I just called him (he was on his way to work) and begged him to come home to see if there was really 2 lines. He told me I was crazy and I should retest when he got home. I think he was in denial 
This time I am definitely going to make it special. Not quite sure how yet though. Maybe you ladies will give me some inspiration!
