I think Mama's in Copiague has a pasta night special on Mondays. Be forewarned it gets super crowded with wait times.

Thanks! Hubs was ready to go so we ended up going to La Bottega. It was excellent actually.

Thanks! Hubs was ready to go so we ended up going to La Bottega. It was excellent actually.
Where in Copiague is Mama's?
It's on Montauk at the end of Great Neck Road. Its on the south side of the road, in the same shopping center as IGA, Friendly's and CVS.
As soon as DH gets his butt home, we are going there!

Giovanni's does Wednesday nights. They are in the parking lot with Salumi on Merrick Road, just west of Amityville.
