Montreal Bachelor Party?
Hey there! My DH is the Best Man for his brother who is getting married this May. They would like to do a bachelor party in Montreal, but nobody has any clue where to start so naturally he asked his "secretary" to do some legwork for him.
I went onto Expedia and found a bunch of hotels, but I know NOTHING about them. I know nothing about the area at all.
So, if anyone's ever been to Montreal, please let me know where you stayed if you liked it. Even just a general area to look in would help! TIA! 
ETA: They are hoping to go the week of St. Patrick's Day.

I used to visit Montreal quite a bit. I've stayed at the Le Centre Sheraton on Boulevard Rene-Levesque West and highly recommend it for its accessibility and walking distance to everything. It is also across the street from the Bell Centre if they wanted to catch a Canadiens game. There is an excellent steak house across the street as well, the name escapes me though.

I stayed at the Novotel right off of Rue St Catherine (the main shopping district.) It was a really nice hotel. There's a few... umm bachelor party things to do over there.

Oh there is ALOT more than boob watching going on there (i'd go so far as to say its prob worse than vegas)... details of my Dh's bach party there absolutely disgusted me... and i know another bach party that went there that was even worse...
FYI, the guys can PAY a strip club $$ to get the bach up on stage and try to embarrass the fcuk out of him... naked... totally butt naked... I wont go into details, but its NOT tame in the least... And Im sure I dont even know the half of it

Oh I know, DH went to Vegas for his bach. party so his brother naturally had to one up him and go full nude. 
I'm sure DH will be very interested in embarassing his brother! lol! Thanks!

Yup, it's worse than Vegas - prostitution is legal. DH's old partner from work went there for 3 bachelor parties. DH didn't want to go, but heard the stories when they got back all 3x.

And I wouldn't be surprised if some of the guys got hookers. But I trust DH so it doesn't bother me in the least.

I am not a regular poster and I don't want to upset anyone - but I have to agree with the above posters. My DH told me that you are allowed to touch the women at the strip clubs. I found this very upsetting.

It's true, there are no boundaries, prostitution in the strip clubs is legal and the guys that DH knows went there specifically because of this for their "last hurrah". I was totally disgusted.
I completely trust DH and don't think he would've ever done anything, but I'm not upset he didn't go. He didn't want to go, didn't approve and wanted no part of it.
