Mood swings & difficulty concentrating

I'm just 6 weeks and wow! The mood swings & difficulty concentrating just kicked in in FULL force.

I'm so distracted that I'm not getting much done at work (which is bad, because if I don't do it, no one will) & the mood swings! Wow!

For the past 3 or 4 days the smallest things have been irritating & annoying me to no end! It's insane...my poor dh! We've never fought before, but lately it seems like the poor guy can't do anything right...I know that there's no reason to get annoyed about the things I'm getting annoyed at, but I can't seem to help it. It's like I've got an angel on one shoulder & a WAY more persistant devil prodding me on the other Chat Icon I try not to say every little thing that comes to mind, but I'm having a hard time...

Please tell me that this is hormonal & that it will pass. I don't like being hazy-minded, mood swing girl! Chat Icon

I have been a lil moody too, mostly because I have been very tired Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

But, when DH finds me laying on the couch in the middle of the day, and says "What are you doing?" ...I say "Making a baby" and that's the end of that conversation Chat Icon

Wait until the crying starts!! Chat Icon When you aren't having a mood swing, tell your hubby that you are sorry that you are acting crazy sometimes but you cannot help it!! You will become more alert soon... I promise! Chat Icon Chat Icon

Chat Icon Chat Icon Love it - I need to start saying that! I get home before my dh & start napping right away. He always walks in & says "wow - this is a familiar sight!" That's going to be my new response! Chat Icon

Re: Mood swings & difficulty concentrating

i havent been too moody. i did cry over the silliest thing once.
dh said something about not changing diapers - which he was joking, but i got really upset by that and started to cry,
how pathetic! we both laugh about it now. it cracks me up.Chat Icon

Re: Mood swings & difficulty concentrating

oh this is only just the beginning...I seriously was RETARDED during my first trimester...I couldn't remember anything!
I've been cranky here and there...but wait until you cry for no reason...that is fun!
