More food questions - Any winter food ideas?

I'm just trying to finish up here on DS's 1st birthday party. Are there any winter themed foods that I could use? I only have some ideas for dessert already:

-snowflake shaped white chocolate covered oreos
-snowballs (coconut covered truffles)
-snowmen on a stick (2 jumbo marshmallows on a stick, one 1/2 dipped in chocolate for his hat)
-snowflake shaped sugar cookies
-light blue & silver Lindt truffle candies
-silver hershey kisses
-sno caps
-cupcakes with light blue cool mist sprayed on it
-sheet cake with light blue icing and white snowflakes on it (snowflake shaped cake was )
-chocolate covered pretzels with blue & white sprinkles
-hot chocolate bar w/ toppings

Whats the earliest I can make chocolate covered pretzels? If I keep them covered in the refrigerator? I just didnt want them to go stale.
