Morning pain down there~UPDATED
Every morning I wake up it is getting harder and harder to stand. I have such bad pain inmy va-jay-jay. It is more towards the outer parts (like towards my legs) but it is definately between my legs. It feels like I have been kicked there @ 1000 times. This morning I could barely stand. I am only 32 weeks. What is this?!?! I can only assume it gets worse (unimaginable). How do you ladies deal with this? What is it from? Is it just widening? This part is NOT fun!
UPDATE~ For anyone wondering, I put a call into my Dr just to make sure, and I was told this is just the pelvic bones spreading to make room for baby to come out. Oh, and the woman so graciously told me that it only gets WORSE. Her only advice was to wear a girdle.

Re: Morning pain down there
I've been having this since 28 weeks, I mentioned it to the doctor, they said it was totally normal. Actually he said, "Yes, that is a common complaint." That's all he said.
Anyway, it is the muscles and pelvis stretching, along with the baby just getting heavier and sitting in that area.
I get it when I wake up, and sometimes when I get up from sitting. I usually tell the baby to "move to another area please."

Re: Morning pain down there
I am getting this too, but I feel like it continues with me during the day especially when I try to walk. I'm 32 weeks as well. At least a bunch of us are having the same issues so that makes me feel better knowing these are totally normal.
Everyday just seems to get a little harder though!

Re: Morning pain down there
its just your muscles moving around and the weight of the baby. Everytime I get out of bed it is so painful. I dont know any other way to get out of bed to avoid it

My doctor told me welcome to pregnancy
If I sit for too long I also get that pain.
I hate the pain.

Re: Morning pain down there~UPDATED
oh yeah.... my good friend had that...
she literally couldn't walk by 35 weeks (she was clinging to walls and shuffling along). BUT, she also gave birth at 36 weeks.... so it only got super bad that last week.
She said the pain instantaneously vanished when her water broke!
I'm 31 weeks, and I suspect I will be heading down that path too... I'm starting to get a bit achier.....

Re: Morning pain down there~UPDATED
I had that pretty bad with my DS- it was particularly bad when I was in bed and had to roll over to get up...I am only 16 weeks now and its starting already !!!...I have to say my pregnancy with my DS was very easy, that part of it was by far the worst though...It will pass though
