Morning runs
I am NOT a chipper morning person at all. I am usually a slower starter..but this morning I through on my running shoes about 20 minutes after waking up and went for it.
I did about 2 miles, and though it felt tougher than it does at my prime time (early to late afternoon) it was definitely doable.
hopefully I can keep this up.
I does feel really good to have it over and done with....now I have the rest of the day to lounge in my bikini by the pool!

That's great! I love running the mornings. My 1 year old alarm clock just doesn't always allow me to get out of the house to do so. Hopefully you've started a new trend for yourself.

Gosh I used to honestly LOVE my morning runs.
No one was around, it was cool, the bunny were out....so enjoyable!
