morning sickness during pregnancy
did anyone have it so severe that they fear having another one? Everyone told me I would forget ...but I really havent. I cant imagine going through that again. I definitiley want another but only if I had enough sick days because I was miserable! Anyone feel the same? also if you had it and had a second child did it happen both times?

Re: morning sickness during pregnancy
I am so scared to have another baby because of this reason....
I had m/s for almost 3 months with Julia, from 6am to 11pm I was in the bathroom, anything I ate would come up, I was lucky to keep fluids down. I would cry everyday for it to stop, and like a switch it did, and the rest of my pregnancy was wonderful!
I really do pray that I dont have it as bad next time!

I also had the zofran and it was all day sickness also. I just noticed we all have girls. They usually say MS is attributed to having a girl. Except for Lipglossjunky

Re: morning sickness during pregnancy
My M/s with my DD was way worse than with #2 .
With DD, i had 24/7 dizzies, puked every am after/during brushing my teeth. Gone by 10-11 weeks.
With #2 I was dizzy for about a week and 1/2, spent one whole night puking every 20 minutes cause of chinese food/m/s then the next afternoon i felt fine and it never came back again, just slight dizziness, gagging every now and then. It was gone by 8 weeks.

Re: morning sickness during pregnancy
I think about that all the time - I have to say, having a c-section was less traumatic than the MS!!!!
People tell me - wow, you are recovering so well from the c-section, I am looking so great, etc, and I want to say that after putting up with that horrific MS, everything else was a piece of cake!!!

Re: morning sickness during pregnancy
When I was pregnant with Damien I had MS 24/7 the entire pregnancy. I cried to my DH to promise me we would never have another baby because there was noway i could go through with it again. By the time Damien was 2 I was itching to have another baby. We decided we would start trying again in the beginning of the year. Was preggo end of February and by my 5th week I was sick again. This time it was more throwing up (even though I felt so nauseous the entire time with Damien I only vomited a handful of times, I felt like the actual nausea was worse than the vomiting) I vomited at least twice a day 3 to 4 times a week. This time however it went away in my second trimester It was glorious and even thought I had to sick my self with needles 4x's a day it was way better than being nauseous all day long!! So there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I can't guarantee you will ever forget that feeling, because I will remember it always, but I can guarantee that you will one day think it is worth it to go through again just so you can have another baby.
