morning sickness sucks!!

Anyone agree??!! I am having such a hard time...morning, noon and night!! I want to cry...I don't want to complain because I am sooo happy and blessed to be pg but at the same time I feel like crap and that is not helping the mood!!

I have been wearing the sea bands, I've tried the preggy pops, crackers, etc...but nothing seems to help more than a day....any suggestions??!!

Trust me most of us know how you feel. I have all day sickness and it is driving me nuts. I wish I could give you the secret but still searching for myself lol

Try to lay down when you can and sleep. Eat small meals-nibble away cause big bites seem to be my trigger. Maybe something is your trigger??? see if there is a pattern.

I can totally relate and I wish I had the answer too but I don't. My comfort foods/drinks change almost daily. Last night, I begged DH to get me the biggest glass of ice water he could find and I gulped it so fast I was having trouble catching my breath, he stood there with his mouth open Water and m/s never mix so that was the weird part. I can tell you that I have been chewing on ice cubes and it seemed to help briefly. It's good hydration too. Hope you feel better

I found that ginger ale really did help and they say if you can find ginger ale with real ginger extract, it may help. Try not to keep your tummy empty at any time and feel better.

NOTHING helped for me either...I tried EVERY thing people recommended and it didnt help.
I know I cried EVERYDAY. I do know it gets better.
As soon as my 12th week came it went away
