Re: morning sickness ...ugh....

I didnt really have morning sickness...but they say it usually ends around 12-14 weeks....8 weeks is usually when its at its worst. This is what I hear. Try getting some of those preggie pops at Motherhood..I hear they help a ton!

Re: morning sickness ...ugh....

With DD weeks 6-8 were the worst, and then it was bearable after that. It totally disappeared around 11 weeks.

With this pg, week 6 was the worst, it was bearable as soon as I hit 7 weeks. This time it totally disappeared around 9 weeks.

Feel betterChat Icon Try not to let your tummy go empty, snack on bland carbs or WhATEVER smells good to you, even if it's french fries.

With DD Gatorade was my lifesaver!

With this pg, Coca Cola was my lifesaver!

Re: morning sickness ...ugh....

I had bad MS from about 8 or 9 weeks until 18 weeks. I literally lived on crackers, toast and other bland carbs and caffeine free pepsi and gingerale. On a good day I would be able to have some gatorade and a baked potato with nothing on it---sometimes a little little bit of butter.

I found I could not let my stomach get empty, even if it meant eating 1 cracker as soon as I got up and then another few as the day went on. I still get really sick if I have an empty stomach.
