Mortgage Commitment is in!!!!
So we have our mortgage and might even be able to close NEXT WEEK! Holy crap, we don't even have boxes yet and this time last month we weren't even looking...

we are being told a closing date of 12/22 (and the contracts havent been signed by the sellers who are out of the country yet) and everyone keeps saying that we are moving fast

well, if it's gonna happen, why the hell wait I say...we have a closing date of 1/1/07 and seller already moved to LA.
