Mortgage preapproval
Can someone please explain what I need to do for this? It's one of the tasks on my to do list for tommorow.
Can I just call the bank I have my accounts with? Any particular info I need? Do I need my DH to be present if I have his SSN?
For some reason I have been dreading this and dragging my feet. I dont need it to determine a price range, since we've already established one that I assume is much lower than what I would be preapproved for (about 1.5x our combined yearly salaries)
