Mortgage through a family member
We are refinancing our mortgage through my DH's cousin. He is not charging us any fees -- not even for the appraisal. I know we sohuld give him something as a thank you gift. Any suggestions? Thanks!
oh... we were thinking about taking him out to dinner (with his wife, of course), but they have three kids... one is only 5 months old, so we thought a babysitter would cost them...
