Mother's Day - Is anyone else sad today?
I'm beyond bummed out. I'm upset that months have gone by and still no BFP. I don't even feel like leaving the house. Besides that, I have a really bad sore throat so I'm not feeling 100% anyway.
To boot, I had a crazy-realistic dream last night that I got my bfp and I saw my pg belly for the first time.
I'm 7dpo today, and all I feel like doing is crying. I don't know how much more of this I can take. Other months, I'm so much more hopeful during the 2ww, and this month all I want to do is cry.

Re: Mother's Day - Is anyone else sad today?
Yup, I'm right there w/ you. Yesterday we spent the afternoon w/ my MIL and went out to dinner w/ my ILs... Today we went to church and they kept making reference to the mothers and had plants for them, etc... (which i was told to take one anyway- b/c ppl know we've been trying). We left there, brought my mom and grandma their cards and gifts, then brought my SIL her card and gift and spent the afternoon w/ our neice and nephew. We just left there and have to be back there in about 30 mins for dinner- but I'm feeling really bummed and other company is coming also so I told them we had a few things at home that we had to do and came on here and am now going to crawl into my bed until it's time to face the rest of this day... I just keep telling myself that if we do IVF and it works that by this time next year I'll be a mom I did get a beautiful godmother's day card from them which I adore... they even colored in it but I can't help but feel sorry for myself today... which is driving me nuts.

Re: Mother's Day - Is anyone else sad today?
Yup I cried in church today. I really thought I was okay until I saw someone I knew with her new baby that couldn't have been more than a few weeks old.
It stinks. I should have been nearing the very end of my pregnancy now if I didn't m/c. Also I am doing IUI in the next few days and I am really frustrated with the OPK's because the doctor is making me use them in A.M. and I am so scared to miss O. We only have two sticks left and I don't want to buy more because money is really really tight until Thursday. It just stinks and was a little overwhelming but I didn't let it ruin my day with my mom. I just had a few minutes of a pity party and then moved on.

Re: Mother's Day - Is anyone else sad today?
Yes, especially b/c 4 years ago I found out on Mother's day I was pregnant but later found out it was an ectopic.
Today, I am on my 3rd day of my 2ww and at dinner, MIL made me cry. She held my hand and closed her eyes and told me that she is praying for us.
I'm holding on to hope and staying positive!

Oddly, I was okay at Church yesterday. Maybe, b/c there were more elderly people there at the early mass than young moms.
