mother's day lunch ideas

I'm just having my parents and brother over tomorrow. We'll probably be eating a late lunch or early dinner. Do you think a cold cut platter with sides of different pasta/green salads are too casual? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think it's fine.

Or you could get a bunch of fancy gourmet-kind of salads, maybe some yummy seafood variety salads to serve on delicious homemade bread or rolls from a good bakery.

What about a fresh fruit salad too?
