Movement Question
Hey ladies -
I am 24.5 weeks and have been feeling the baby since bout 18 weeks...flutters and pops at first and than real kicks for the ;ast few weeks...last week in particualr the baby was extrmely active and i was feeling them alot during the day..
the last few days i have felt them a little each day...more at night when i lay down of course but not as strong as last week...
I imagine this is normal..baby in a diferent position etc but of course it makes me a little nervous..

Yup. around that point it fluctuated a bunch. Some days I would feel a ton.. some days not so much. Laying down to feel the baby really helps.

Re: Movement Question
Yes, absolutely. I really didn't feel anything consistent until I was at 26 weeks. Some days DD was so active, like she was wooping up a party in my belly, and others I would feel just little tinges and pushes here and there but nothing strong.
She still does it now too, and I'm 38 weeks. She'll have days were she would keep me up all night and days were I'm wondering if she's in a coma.

Re: Movement Question
I had this happen to me quite a few times. A few days of a lot of movement followed by a few days where it was very quiet. On the quiet days I would have to lay down and really concentrate to feel anything (I would usually eventually feel something when I did this). I've explained it to my doctor and he wasn't concerned, I've always just chalked it up to the baby being in a different position. Usually once the few quiet days are done I have quite a few more active ones to put my mind at ease.

Re: Movement Question
Its totally normal.....I really don't feel too much during the day, unless I eat something or drink something that gets her going. I definitely feel more at night when I'm laying down.

Re: Movement Question
Totally normal! I was told not to expect consistent kicks until 28 weeks.
