Movie night party theme for toddlers?
Cute idea?
I'll be playing a classic disney movie, pizza, pinata, delicious treats (no popcorn) What do you think?
I would appreciate some cute movie theme ideas for the party too and what you think is a cute classic Disney movie all the young kiddies would love. Also not expecting that they all sit and stay still. I'll just play the movie in my big play room and they can do whatever their little heart desires

I know you are not serving popcorn but in target they had these cute popcorn conatiners (like the ones you get at the movies, but hard plastic) in the dollar bin. Maybe you could use those as a goodie bag or to put their other snacks in.

Re: Movie night party theme for toddlers?
LOVE it...
what about match the dog to the name - and you could use like: clifford, benji, lassie, pluto, bolt, etc..and have pics & they need to match the photo to the name....
my bridal shower was movie themed... we played a game where we matched couples...but that's too adult for the kids...
what about famous lines from kid movies -
who said a line....like use a line from shrek and ask which character said it...

Re: Movie night party theme for toddlers?
LTD has 4 disney board games for toddlers for $10. My DS is 2 1/2 and almost gets one - he does take turns he just moves his piece back and forth instead of around the board b/c he's afraid someone else will take it.

Re: Movie night party theme for toddlers?
Thanks for the ideas ladies. I did stock up on 2 pack plastic popcorn containers at the dollar store. I was lucky to find them there. I'll use them as party favors and fill them up with stuff.
I also found a really cute move theme invite on Tiny Prints.

Instead of popcorn, Frito Lay makes Chesters Puff Corn. Its like butter flavored pirates booty.

Re: Movie night party theme for toddlers?
I'm not sure what age your targeting but DS is turning 3 and this is his absolute favorite thing to do right now. He just had 3 cousins over for movie night on Sat (ages 2 - 4) and they were so well behaved once we gave them their little bowls of popcorn (I know you said no popcorn though but I think it could have been anything in those bowls )

That is such a cute idea!!
You can serve Pirate's Booty. It kind of looks like popcorn and dissolves in their mouths.

Re: Movie night party theme for toddlers?
This is the invite I saw on Tiny Prints.
I'm going to write Premiere Night for the day of the party, Showtime for the time and I'll say my "my last name" Cinema Complex for where it will be. Oh and for the RSVP line I'm going to put Reserve your tickets by, ...How cute lol I have so much fun planning kiddy parties
Great idea about Pirates Booty and other snacks! Image Attachment(s):

This is totally what I was going to say!
My niece did a movie theme for one of her parties...my SIL found a great cake online that used marshmallows and looked like popcorn.
