moving question
(took from my last post) STILL no movers. they were supposed to call between 9 and 10. they DID NOT call. i ifnally called at 10:30, they said they'd call back....and still NOTHING!!! should i cancel? i have someone who can do it tomorrow i think..

Call the customer service line and state that if you don't get an answer in 15 minutes, you are cancelling your service and will go elsewhere with your business.

just canceled them. didnt leave a deposit and they dont my cc info, so im using the guys i used last time tomorrow.
