Moving to big girl crib
DD doesn't fit into the bassinet section of the pack and play and needs to move out the closet in our bedroom. Any tips to make tonight easier? I am so sad she is going to be all the way down the hall.

honestly...we bought the video monitor and for the first few night had it on our tv all night.

No advice really.
You know I've been mostly sleeping in their room. I started them in their room from the start but mostly because I didn't have a choice.
It will be harder on you then her

I'm sure she will be fine I movedAntonio into his room at about 9 months. We left (and still do) the doors open with the monitor on high volume. Good Luck

Thanks guys- she is going down in a half hour. I just have to set up the video monitor from our room to hers. Thanks for making me feel better

If you have the monitor on high, you can hear every breath she takes! It is so strong, and if you have a video monitor, even better. I had my DS in his crib since the get-go so that is the only advice I have. Good luck!

She's asleep in her big girl room- I am so sad. Her room is so far away from ours that I remember saying when she was born that it would be months before she moved in there. And now its here...

I was so sad when DS moved too and his room is right next to ours. Even sadder when I saw he LOVED the crib..

She LOVED her crib. She only woke up once to eat at 2am. Usually she gets up twice. I should have done this a long time ago.

Aww Christine! What a milestone. I'm so happy she had a good night. I remember the 1st night we put Bella in her crib I was up the whole night, kept running in to check on her. And she was only across the hall. Hope she'll continue to love her crib!
