Moving up to the regular tub

I'm about ready to move Marron out of her infant bath even though it says it can be used for toddlers too. She really loves her baths now, and I just think she will have more fun in the regular tub.

A few questions - do they still sell those seats that go into the tub to keep them from slipping and sliding all over the place? Do they sell a sprayer to rinse her off?

I thought maybe I'd get her some of this stuff and some bath toys for Christmas.

I saw a sprayer in onestepahead.com ---- it suction cups to the side of the tub I think --- and you fill it up with water!

And I think they do have those seats. We never got one becuase Emily was good about sitting up on her own by the time we moved her over (probably around 8 or 9 months) but I have seen them in BRU I think.

I have this

My chunka munka still fits in it. Hayley is too squirmy to sit in the tub. I try every once in a while and she slips around even though I have the no slip bottom.

I know a few moms on here don't like it becasue they say it starts to smell but I let it drain out by sitting it on its side in the tub and I have had no problems with it.

I bought this the other day and I want to return it already. Luka loves to splash and he keeps leaning forward and it is just ackward to use so it is going back. I might get the blow up tup to put in their.

Re: Moving up to the regular tub

I had teh First Years seat with the arm that goes over the side of the tub....HATED IT.

I did her in the sink for awhile since she was able to sit up and then moved her back into the regular tub with no seat and now.....it's all fun and games

Re: Moving up to the regular tub

we use an inflatable duck tub... it even quacks it is cute. My inlaws have the seat and we used when we were there for Thanksgiving and Sydney got stuck! The seat was so suctioned that it took three of us to get her out of the tub!

Re: Moving up to the regular tub

We used an inflatible tub and just used the clean water in the rest of tub to rinse him off. I just bought one of the mini shower sprays at BRU and it isnt that good for washing just for play.
