MTA to raise fares ..what are your thoughts on this?
Apparently we can look forward to this every 2 years or year (not sure) after this next fair hike takes place.
Unbelievable!!!! I guess I'll be taking advantage of working from home more often...because it is becoming WAY to expensive as is!!!

I understand their need to increase fares because like everything else, prices go up..except salaries.....and I think that is a major issue.
For the most part, I am pleased with MTA service both with LIRR and the Subway. I just wish that they had contingency plans when there is failure -that is when the proverbial stuff hits the fan.
