Mucinex/Robitussin
I know this makes your CM runnier for the little spermies to swim through
According to Deanna's plan, you take a dose about 3-5 hours before BDing everyday start CD8 until you O.
Is this how it is done?
Is it better to take the liquid or pills? I have Mucinex pills but wonder if the liquid works better
TIA

Re: Mucinex/Robitussin
First I took evening primrose oil from af-o to help with cm. And when that didn't work, the next month I took the epo af-o but also took regular robitussin 3 times a day starting when I got a +opk and continued till O was confirmed. That month I got a bfp. I don't know if they worked or if it was a coinsidence but either way I am happy.

Re: Mucinex/Robitussin
I took Mucienex last month. I used the pill form and took it every 8 hours for a couple of days during my fertile period. I used Preseed too. We got pg that month.

Re: Mucinex/Robitussin
I have been using both this month just because I also happen to be sick, but let me tell you, I have an abundance of CM!!
Normally I just use robitussin when I remember.

Re: Mucinex/Robitussin
Take plain old Mucinex or Robitussin- NOTHING with any letters (like DM after it). Most stores sell the generic brands and they work as well. You want to see only *guaifenesin* listed in the ingrediants.
Any decongestant/antihistamine will dry you out.....
