I have one very similar. I love it because I would feel a little lost just keeping my own journal. I was never a 'diary' writer. So this gives me some structure.
I write something after every doctor's appointment-what we saw, etc., it is a very cute idea.

my mom bought me a pregnancy journal, I love it! It tells me day by day what is going on with the baby...and what foods are good for me, what to avoid, etc.

I keep a pregnancy journal. I bought it at Borders. I love it. Its not overwhelming because it is a page per week. There are also sections on doctor's appts, planning the nursery, showers, etc. I love it and already refer back to weeks to see when things started or to answer friends' questions that are newly pregnant about when I had certain symptoms.
This is the one I have....
