My 2nd Kindle Died....

Thank GOD it's still under warranty..

I ordered a book in Sept that was supposed to be delivered to my Kindle on Oct 5th and noticed on the 19th it STILL wasn't delievered (only bc I was reading another book and didn't notice)

So I went to manage my kindle on amazon and it was still pending..

then I accidentally deleted the current book I was reading and instead of going to my archives it just deleted..

So I noticed I wasn't connecting to the internet.. so I reset like 3 times and nothing.. then it just kept shutting off.. so I finally called Amazon and they offered to send me ANOTHER Kindle and give me a $10 credit towards another book..

But the kicker is they keep sending refurbished Kindles.. here I was thinking I was getting a new one bc I was under warranty but not according to Amazon.. they only send out refurbished ones.. so who knows if this is going to happen again with a different problem.. and my warranty is up in December...

Check about the warranty. I know with cell phones they extend your warranty every time they give you a new cell phone due to a manager defect.

That is really annoying. I hate when they send replacements as refurbished. This happened to me and DH with our blackberrys and they are running like crap!
