My 2nd Rave for Macy's Furniture Warranty Program!
Well worth the money!
Back in 2005 we bought a leather sofa, chair and ottoman. Last year I ripped the leather. They replaced the sofa, no questions asked.
Last week when we sat on it, we heard something break. I called Macy's and they sent someone to look at it today. One of the support frames had cracked. He replaced it within an hour!
Moral of the story - sometimes the $100 warranty is actually worth it!

Glad to hear it actually works! We got it as well, but have yet to use it (Fortunately) Plus if you do not use it, you get your $$ back in GC form.

That is great! Last night I caught the dog trying to eat a stray thread on the leather couch.   I might need that warranty I bought before long. Very good to know they honor their commitment!!

OMG, thank you so much for posting this, we just got a huge tear in our leather couch and I was looking for a way to get it repaired, and after seeing your post about a warranty, I remembered that we also purchased a warranty!!! We just filled a claim today, so hopefully we can get it fixed soon!!

OMG - We had our leather couch from Macy's, too, and it was barely 2 years old and the frame snapped!! It was quite an ordeal to get it fixed and ultimately they just let us get a new couch, but yes, in the end the $150 warranty is worth it on a big purchase!
