My 30th Birthday...Need Restaurant Suggestions
Turning the big 3-0 soon 
I would like suggestions in Nassau, somewhere nice with a lounge feel and most importantly good food.
My friend suggested:
- City Cellar
- Four
Any reviews on this would be great too.

I always love Novita. They have a nice relaxed vibe and the food is awesome. They also have tons of wine!

First thing that popped in my head was Chi in Westbury. It's a random location and doesn't really belong where it is LOL but the food was excellent and it totally has that loung-y feel

I hear city cellar has good food but I hear it is way too noisy. They have high ceilings and bad acoustics, so I heard it sounds like a factory in there. My friends are not usually bothered by noise, this was the first time they complained it was way too loud.
