my 4 month old isn't feeling well

When I called the daycare the teacher said he's been a little stuffy and not himself. He doesn't have a fever she said, but stuffy so she's been holding him or he's been napping in the swing. Is there something I can do to help more? I called the Ped and they said if it gets worse to bring him in tomorrow.
I figured I'll put his humidifier on and giving him a bath tonight. Someone told me to put baby Vick's on his feet, but when I asked the Pharmacist he said that may be too young. Any other ideas??

Thanks!

use the little noses saline stuff in his nose (though if the boogers are visible from under his nose - you may not need it) and suction out with the bulb - but squeeze the bulb BEFORE you put it in his nose - so you're only taking out - not putting air in...

Thanks! I've been using that too. It helps a little. I hate seeing my little guy not himself.
