My 4 point breakfast skillet

I made this like a breakfast skillet and rolled in it in a tortilla with some salsa and sour cream for a breakfast burrito. 1/2 cup was perfect in a tortilla (just don't forget to add points for tortilla and sour cream if you use it)

breakfast
POINTS® Value: 4
Servings: 10 (1/2 cup)

Ingredients

* 4 1/2 serving jimmy dean 50% sausage (this is one roll)
* 2 cup Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien
* 1 sprays cooking spray
* 2 oz Kraft 2% Milk Natural cheese Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
* 4 egg
* 4 items egg white(s)

Instructions

Cook potatoes in cooking spray for about 10 minutes, add sausage. Break up sausage while cooking. Cook this mixtures until potatoes are soft and sausage is no longer pink. Spread evenly in pan.
Mix eggs and eggs whites together in a bowl. Add to pan. Scrabmle mixture together.
Spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let cheese melt.
This makes ten 1/2 cup servings.
(I added mine to a tortilla with salsa and made a breakfast burrito)

This looks great! How was it reheated? If it makes 10 servings I would have some left over. Also are the potatoes o'brien in the frozen section and does it say o'brien on the bag?

It was sooo good this morning! I reheated it in the microwave and threw my toppings on after.
I was even thinking of making the burritos up, wrapping them and freezing them and just heating them in the microwave already put together.
The potatoes Obiren say it on the bag. They are little cubes and have green peppers and onions in them. They're near the Ore Rida fries in the frozen section.
