My anniversary wish.......... UPDATED in first post
A very nice FINAL  fetal echo!!!!!! We are sceduled to come in for the very last time today. It will be the last look the cardiologist will have before the baby is born. Last time, she told us that there was a small chance the baby may not need the first surgery, the blood flow looked good.
Hoping for even better news today!!! Whatever it is, we really need it!!!!!! We are hoping he just gets stronger and stronger!!!!!!!
Updated: Well we had our appt. It went decent and "status quo" for the most part meaning all is looking how it was expected by the diagnosis. The only real concern with the doc is that she is seeing a lot of "tissue" which may be troublesome for flow and such. She doesn't *expect* this to be a real problem, but it may be and it could cause real problems at birth. Once again, she doesn't "expect" this to be a real problem but it is a cause for concern and she wants my OB to be aware so precautions can be taken as I deliver.
At this point, we are prepared for pretty much anything but are hoping for the best. She is very hopeful about our situation so that has been a huge comfort. My poor little guy though, how this managed to happen to him and our family, I will NEVER EVER know. I am sooooo anxious about the delivery.
Thank you all for the well wishes for our little boy and please continue, if you could, any well wishes. They would mean a lot. I am being induced Sunday night!!!!!!!
