My body is going crazy!

I wonder if anyone else has experienced this - the past few days (I've pretty much noticed it since I got my BFN on Friday) my body is going beserk.
My hair is SO disgusting - greasy, and my nipples are very sore (like when I was pregnant) and I'm crampy.

I hope this means AF is coming now that my HCG level has gone down - but I've never had sore nips and greasy hair to indicate AF is coming. I'd imagine my hormones are just all over the place (I did get greasy hair temporarily when I went off BCP).

Any similar experiences after a miscarriage or before AF? Thanks!
