My boy is a drama king
He woke up screaming in pain that his ear hurt, so my fake medical degree has diagnosed ear infection.
It took 1.5 hours for him to calm down enough to take the Motrin. We tried once & he spilled it all over the place because he was flailing his arm being so dramatic & crying that he can't take the medicine because it hurt.
Then for those of you that have seen the Producers, he flailed around on on the floor screaming "I'm sticky. I'm sticky & my ear hurts" ala Gene Wilder/Matthew Broderick "I'm wet. I'm in pain & I'm wet. I in pain & I'm wet and I'm still hysterical."
This kid has a career on Broadway waiting for him. If he survives the ear infection, that is.

I just laughed aloud at the reference to the producers-love that show and the image of your guys running around is great!
