My cat will eat anything

I mean anything.

Bella will stalk your plate and take stuff off your plate. She has taken things out of my mouth as I am putting the fork in.

Anyone else's cat do this?

Izzy doesn't have the food stalking issue but he will partake if she scores.

She also loves chips..any kind. She likes to lick the salt off and then proceeds to eat the chip.

I know, terrible, but it's very tricky to keep her away..she is very quick.

My cat is a VERY picky eater and will only eat her cat food and CERTAIN table foods.
But let me tell you- if I am eating a table food she likes (and this includes ALL dairy- cheese, eggs, ice cream, whipped cream, anything with milk, Chicken, turkey and of course FISH) she will beg worse than a dog.
Sit there and STARE at me... meow... jump up on the chair next to me and poke her nose in my plate... it's awful!

DH has a very low threshold for sushi being on the table. We have kinda trained her from the start that she is allowed to sit on the chair next to us while we eat but the minute a paw goes on the table she gets squirted with some water and she is out of the kitchen. It has been a very long, tedious, repetious five months but she has finally learned her lesson. She jumps up on her chair and grooms herself while we eat.

our cat is like that too... he will STALK ANYTHING you are eating.... he loves cereal, cheese doodles, sugar cookies, BBQ wings, pretzals.... the list goes on and on!!! lol

Last night we got shredded Beef Peking Style..

found out that Bella loves that too.

She grabbed a piece and swallowed it before I could get it away from her.

I had some dumpling sauce on my plate and she reached out and tipped it over all over the place...I wanted to kill her.

I sequestered her in the bathroom after that.

Ugh, my cat Mugsy is the most annoying cat ever when I'm eating. He will want WHATEVER I'm eating. Doesn't matter. And he will meow like a psycho until I give it to him. I feel like I just cant train him not to beg like you can train a dog. Its just not working. He drives DH totally crazy.

And he smells it and if its chicken, watch out. He is relentless.

My cat is like that too. He will even try to jump on the high chair when the baby is in it eating dinner. So annoying!

Yep do have a beggar here too. My cat will sit and hit at my leg and cry if we are eating steak, chicken or pork. She will not bother us for anything else we are eating. She seems to like only meats thank god. She has us hysterical when we have thanksgiving as she has to sit right next to the stove to wait for the turkey.
