my cycles are crazy!! i just got AF again

so i dont know if any of you remember , but the other day i got AF , then i had mentioned that it stopped completely the next day. well guess who showed up again a few minutes ago!! AF!

well i know some of you mentioned that after a MC the cycles could be all screwy..

BUT, now i have no idea how to chart this... should i use the other day.. or today as CD1 ?

i'm not too familiar with charting but would probably go with the first AF. See what the other girls think.

I would mark your first day as CD1, even though you had a break. If it was full flow, then mark it as CD1.

I know you have had an emotional week, so you may have stressed yourself out to the point where your tensions have messed with your cycle.

Chart your first day as CD1, so what is today? CD4?

I know it is so much easier said than done, but you have to relax, Elliot will tell you the same.

Go enjoy your holiday weekend. And before you know it, you'll be Oing again and in the 2WW!!!

i will take your advice and just relax a little. i do feel much better about things today.. oh and it stopped again today.. so its like every other day! crazy i am still going to see him on tuesday about my cyst, so im starting to be positive again!!!

oh and yea i guess i would be CD4 then. i am giving myself a huge O window though..lol we will just BD every other day

I had a MC the beginning of feb. My first cycle came back the beg. of March. My cycle used to be every 28 days like clockwork, since then it has been every 27. last cycle it was 28 again. I think it's finally back to normal. It may take time for your cycle to adjust.

I told you it might be every other day, it's crazy! Just keep tempting (if you are) from that first day you got AF, and after it is officially over for a couple of days in a row, you'll figure out when to start trying. If you have any questions, I'm here!
