My "dad" won't let me go out today.
Dad, being my husband. I believe his exact wording was, "You have a baby in your belly, so you can't go out in snow." 
Was I seriously the one who complained that my husband doesn't care enough that I'm pregnant?

That is sweet, but Im sure you know how to be safe if you do need to go out. Im almost 31 weeks, and DH has been telling me I have to start taking it easy...LOL
I laughed and said ok, who's gonna do everything I do? Laundry, food shopping, cleaning, cooking, taking care of the dog etc...
He already works 2 jobs and is a volunteer fireman, Id love to see him fit that all into his schedule too.
Atleast they mean well, it is the thought that counts right?
Have a safe, happy and a healthy New Years no matter what you do

Can't go out in snow or can't drive in snow?
I don't feel safe driving anywhere in my car so I'm doing without. I could go grocery shopping but I'm putting it off until Saturday AM.
DD and I played in the snow for 2 hours and took a walk around the neighborhood in our full snow garb. The air is perfect (not too cold, not windy) but wear good boots!

My DH is being the same way. We were supposed to go out to my aunts tonight for new years and now he wants to stay home. He said why would we take any risks with our DD coming in 50 days!! So it looks like it will be just me and him tonight!!

My dh is the same way. I know that he is going to say something about me going out to the store today when he comes home from work.

My hubby calls to tell me not to go anywhere, & everyday leaves a note saying if you go anywhere be careful. We didn't even have snow down here just rain. I got the lunch phone call of don't go out. It is cute but I am going stir crazy & have stuff to do. Instead I rearranged the dining room furniture, hey at least I didn't go out.
