My Dinner Party prep is going well
Mushrooms are stuffed
Asparagus is wrapped in proscuitto, I just have to bake it.
Filet Mignon is ready to be grilled.
All I have left to do tommorow is make the String Beans Oregenata, Gorgonzola Salad, and wrap Bacon around the Figs, and dinner is served.

I could cook all day long, I love it. I have about 60 cookbooks that I have collected.
I love having company just so I can cook!

I've only been in our house for a few weeks so I can definitely say that I'm looking forward to hosting! I guess I'm just boring in what I plan to serve and should utilize some of those cookbooks I have too! Your menu seems so gourmet! I'm sure your guests will love it!!!

I've been starting to cook a little more and I am beginning to enjoy it.
Last night we had friends over and I made shrimp scampi, garlic and vinegar chicken, raviolis and meatballs, stuffed mushroom. Everything came out pretty good.
My mom got us cooking classes at Viking....has anyone ever been there?
