My Dr called me last night and....
I failed my 1 hour glucose test for the second time, now I have to go take the 3 hour one. How many of you failed the first one but passed the 3 hour test? Also If I don't pass what should I expect?

I failed the 1 hr and passed the 3 hr!
I ate way too close to my cut off time for the 1 hr and I failed by one point, so I blame it on that!

I failed my 1 hr but passed my 3 hr. The same with my sister. It just takes your body a little longer to breasdown the sugar.

Withmy son, I failed my 1 hr THREE times, and passed my 3HR twice... (Didnt have to take the first.. the Dr. had me do another 1 hr.)
That was horrible, but had to be done. I am preggo with baby#2 and I failed my 1hr and am anxiously awaiting results tomorrow from my 3 hr. Some peoples bodies react differently to pregnancy. Mine is definatley one of them! If you wanna vent, feel free to FM me!

I failed the 1st one on both pregnancies & had to go for the 3 hour test both times. Each time I passed. I knew it was just slow metabolism
