My Dr told me to eat light today.....

but couldnt give me a clear answer as to what to eat.

What does light constitute to you? I'm thinking toast, broth, jello (you know what I'm gonna be eating for the next 2 days anyway), but damn if I dont want to go to IHOP and get me some banana nut pancakes.

Well, I dont know much about a c-section, but I would say that if you go early today, you can have the pancakes (again just going by that pancakes sound really good, and you should be able to treat yourself!!!). Then just eat light for the rest of the day! Good luck, and if you eat the pancakes, really savor them

I just wouldn't eat anything too heavy... You don't have to eat bland foods-- but, more simple things. Also, don't eat too much.

Toast, jello, anything thats not high in fat and would take awhile to digest... like Mcdonalds would be a no no.. I would go get some chicken soup and crackers.
