Mine too, but I think it's b/c I switched face creams. I need to go back to my combo skin oil-free stuff.

Have you tried the oil-absorbing sheets? I used 2 or 3 a day, they work great!!

Yes, they have been a lifesaver, but what can be doen to cut down the oiliness to begin with?

Re: My face is an oil slick!!!!

I just accept that I have an oily T.

I use Neutrogena oil-free wash every morning. I thought it would be too harsh so I switched off with other Neutrogena products but so far, I haven't had a problem.

I live for these things. It is SO nasty to see how oily your skin is when you look at the sheet afterwards. Chat Icon

Re: My face is an oil slick!!!!

I've mentioned this before, but an oil-based cleanser helps. Oil attracts oil; it's a theory that I find works--it actually helps make your skin less of a slick. It's a good for you type cleanser; Laventine Water Soluble cleanser for oily/combo skin.

Re: My face is an oil slick!!!!

my face is not oily but I can guarantee that Oil of Olay has something perfect for every skin type. I have been using them for over 10 years and I already look younger! My friends grandma made me promise to use it everyday so when I got to be her age (65) I would look 45! Chat Icon
