My Favorite Salad
Use any type of lettuce you want. I use Romaine or Mesculine.
Fresh Mozzerella - Diced up
Jarred Marinated Mushrooms - I leave them whole
Black Olives
Green Olives
Yellow Pepper
Red Pepper
Red Onions
Roasted Red Peppers diced up
Any type of meat you want, Chicken, steak, Peperoni etc.....
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
and any dressing you like.
Enjoy.
