My first attempt with photoshop
I saved that thread on here showing how to do this on photoshop and it worked!!! I love doing this to all my pictures now!!!
Any other tips or things to do in photoshop would be appreciated...I'm just starting out!!! Image Attachment(s):

Looks great! He looks so peaceful.
I need to refresh my Photoshop skills. I know how to to basic stuff like that but there's so much more it can do.

You have to buy it to get all functionality. You can download a trial from www.adobe.com. I got my version from work, but I heard people buy it from Ebay. If you know a student they can buy it at a discount from EDU.com.

I love it!
I'd appreciate seeing the tips too, I have PS Elements 3.0 and *still* cannot figure out how to layer and erase.

That came out amazing & what a great shot! Which way did you wind up doing it? Did you use the Magnetic Select? I have to figure out the masks & layers on photoshop.

I make a copy of the picture, make it black and white and then magic eraser!!!!

I've seen it for cheaper on Ebay, but I think even those prices are up there. I'm looking into getting Jasc, which is less expensive.
