You look great! Enjoy your baby bump! The baby doll tops should help and don't hesitate on the maternity bottoms when you need them (they will feel like heaven after tight regular pants or a bella band). I did my best to cover up with larger sizes and different tops, but some people started to notice around 11 weeks. By 14 weeks many people were questioning it and I announced to work at 16w.

Aww, too cute!!! Agreement with the girls about loose fitting tops will hide that little bump for sure.
