my friend with sickle cell seems to be fading
I was crying on my way to work on the train yesterday. My friend of 14 years has been battling sickle cell her whole life, 3 strokes, cancer, and pain of extreme nature which is worsening. Now it seems like she's having crises every week and they're getting worse. She wrote she felt like she was fading on her fb page and I couldn't get in touch with her so I thought the worst. she emailed me this am saying she's home from the hospital and is resting today. she won't be admitted because she doesn't have the $750 copay. I told her they do charity in the hospital and to let them help her.
Please pray for her health. ty for listening.

thank you all. i'm sure all the prayers helped! she got a transfusion and is much improved (not perfect but not dying).
